GCash (Mynt), Maya (Voyager Innovations), BPI, BDO, Metrobank, and cryptocurrency payment gateway operators receive transaction data necessary to process your deposits and withdrawals. These processors are bound by their own data privacy obligations under Philippine law and international financial standards.

To comply with age verification and anti-money laundering requirements, 599jl uses certified third-party KYC verification providers. Identity documents submitted during the KYC process are shared with these providers solely for the purpose of verification and are not retained by them beyond the verification process.

Game providers integrated into the 599jl platform (such as JILI, Pragmatic Play, and other certified providers) receive the player session identifiers necessary to deliver game content and record game outcomes. Full identity data is not transmitted to game providers.

599jl retains personal data only for as long as necessary to fulfil the purpose for which it was collected, or as required by applicable Philippine law. The following general retention guidelines apply:

• Account and Identity Data: Retained for the duration of your account and for a minimum of five (5) years following account closure, in accordance with anti-money laundering record-keeping requirements under Philippine law.
• KYC Documents: Retained for a minimum of five (5) years from the date of verification, as required by applicable Philippine financial regulations.
• Transaction Records: Retained for a minimum of five (5) years from the date of each transaction, consistent with AMLC and PAGCOR record-keeping requirements.
• Customer Support Communications: Retained for two (2) years from the date of the last communication, unless the communication relates to an ongoing dispute or legal proceeding.
