These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("the Player," "you," "your") and 599jl ("the Platform," "we," "us," "our"), the operator of the online gaming platform accessible at 599jl.club.

By creating an account, accessing the Platform, depositing funds, participating in any game, or claiming any bonus or promotion offered by 599jl, you confirm that you have read and fully understood these Terms and agree to be bound by them in their entirety. All duplicate accounts will be suspended, and any associated balances or bonus credits will be forfeited.

Prior to processing your first withdrawal, 599jl requires identity verification ("Know Your Customer" or KYC). You will be required to submit a copy of a valid Philippine government-issued identification document and a recent selfie. 599jl may request additional documentation at any time for compliance purposes. Failure to complete KYC will result in withdrawal restrictions.

Your 599jl account is personal to you and may not be transferred, sold, assigned, or shared with any other individual. You are solely responsible for all activity conducted through your account.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of your 599jl login credentials, including your registered mobile number and password. 599jl will never ask for your password through any communication channel, including live chat, email, or SMS.

You must notify 599jl customer support immediately if you suspect unauthorized access to your account or if your registered mobile number is compromised. 599jl will not be liable for any losses arising from unauthorized account access where such access resulted from your failure to maintain credential security.

599jl employs 256-bit SSL encryption across all platform connections and implements OTP-based device verification for new logins. However, the security of your account also depends on your own practices — using a strong and unique password, logging out of shared devices, and not sharing your login details with third parties.

599jl accepts deposits through the following payment channels: GCash, Maya (formerly PayMaya), BPI Online, BDO Internet Banking, Metrobank, and USDT (TRC-20 and ERC-20 networks). All transactions are denominated in Philippine Pesos (PHP) unless otherwise specified.

The minimum deposit amount for GCash and Maya transactions is one hundred Philippine Pesos (₱100). Minimum amounts for bank transfers may vary by institution; please refer to the Cashier section of your account for current limits.

GCash and Maya deposits are credited to your 599jl wallet instantly upon confirmed receipt. Bank transfer deposits are credited following confirmation from the receiving bank, which typically occurs within fifteen (15) to sixty (60) minutes during banking hours.

All funds deposited to 599jl must originate from payment accounts registered in your own name. Deposits from payment accounts belonging to third parties — even family members — are not permitted. 599jl reserves the right to hold or return funds deposited from accounts not matching the player's verified identity.

Withdrawal requests submitted by players who have completed KYC verification are processed within the timeframes described in this section. 599jl targets a processing window of five (5) to thirty (30) minutes for GCash and Maya withdrawals. Bank transfer withdrawals may take up to two (2) hours depending on the receiving institution's schedule.

599jl requires that withdrawal proceeds be returned to the same payment method used for the initial deposit where technically feasible. This policy exists to prevent money laundering and to comply with applicable financial regulations.

Funds derived from bonus credits are subject to wagering requirements as specified in the relevant promotional terms. Real money funds deposited by the player that are not subject to wagering requirements may be withdrawn at any time, subject to the completion of KYC and any applicable minimum withdrawal amounts.

599jl reserves the right to place a temporary hold on a withdrawal request for the purpose of identity verification, fraud prevention, or compliance review. All bonuses are subject to wagering requirements ("playthrough") unless explicitly stated otherwise. The wagering requirement specifies the total amount that must be wagered using the bonus (and in some cases the deposit) before the bonus or associated winnings may be withdrawn. Specific wagering multiples are stated in the individual promotion terms.

Not all games contribute equally toward meeting wagering requirements. Slots typically contribute 100%, while live table games and sports bets may contribute at a reduced rate (commonly between 10% and 20%). All games offered on the 599jl platform are governed by game-specific rules accessible within each game interface. Players are responsible for familiarizing themselves with the rules of any game before placing real-money bets.

All Random Number Generator (RNG)-based games offered on 599jl use certified RNG systems that have been independently tested and certified for fairness and randomness. Return to Player (RTP) percentages displayed for each game reflect the certified theoretical return over a statistically significant number of game rounds.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the 599jl platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances and pending withdrawals, and may result in reporting to appropriate regulatory or law enforcement authorities.

• Registering or operating more than one (1) player account, whether under your own name or a false identity
• Providing false, inaccurate, or misleading information during registration, KYC verification, or any communication with 599jl
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, artificial intelligence tools, or any other means to gain an unfair advantage over the Platform or other players
• Exploiting software errors, technical glitches, or pricing errors to place bets or generate winnings that would not otherwise be possible
• Coordinating with other players to exploit bonuses, manipulate game outcomes, or conduct arbitrage betting
• Using the 599jl platform for money laundering, fraud, or any activity that violates Philippine anti-money laundering laws
• Accessing the platform on behalf of, or for the financial benefit of, any excluded, suspended, or otherwise ineligible player
• Sharing, selling, or transferring your account to any other individual

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, 599jl's total liability to you in connection with any claim arising under or in relation to these Terms shall not exceed the amount of real money funds held in your 599jl wallet at the time the claim arose.

599jl is not liable for: (a) indirect, consequential, incidental, or special damages; (b) loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of opportunity; (c) losses arising from internet connectivity failures, device malfunctions, or third-party payment processing delays; (d) losses arising from unauthorized account access resulting from your failure to maintain the security of your credentials.

The 599jl platform is provided on an "as available" basis. While we endeavor to maintain continuous availability, we do not warrant uninterrupted or error-free access to the platform. Scheduled maintenance periods will be communicated in advance where reasonably practicable.

Either you or 599jl may terminate your player account, subject to the conditions set out in this section.

You may request account closure at any time by contacting 599jl customer support. Prior to closure, you may withdraw any real money balance remaining in your wallet, subject to completion of KYC verification. Bonus credits that have not met applicable wagering requirements at the time of closure will be forfeited.

599jl reserves the right to suspend or permanently terminate your account, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances: (a) breach of any provision of these Terms; (b) suspected or confirmed fraudulent activity; (c) failure to complete KYC verification within the required timeframe; (d) account inactivity exceeding twelve (12) consecutive months; or (e) compliance with any regulatory instruction, court order, or law enforcement directive.

Where an account is terminated by 599jl due to a policy violation, fraud, or prohibited conduct, 599jl reserves the right to withhold all or part of the account balance pending investigation. Funds determined to be the product of fraudulent activity will be forfeited. Legitimate real money deposits not derived from policy violations will be returned to the player's verified payment method.

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms, including any question regarding their existence, validity, or termination, shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines.

Prior to initiating any formal legal proceedings, you agree to first attempt to resolve the dispute through 599jl's internal dispute resolution process. Contact 599jl customer support with a detailed description of your complaint. 599jl will acknowledge your complaint within forty-eight (48) hours and endeavor to provide a resolution within fourteen (14) business days.

599jl reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Material changes to these Terms will be communicated to registered players via the email address or mobile number associated with their account no less than seven (7) days prior to the effective date of the changes.

Continued use of the 599jl platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to any amendment, you must cease use of the platform and may request account closure as described in Section 13.

The current version of these Terms, together with the effective date, is always available on the 599jl website. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically.
